What it is
Vampire Facial Plus, also called the Blood Facial, is an upgrade on Dermapen4 micro-needling: the same precision needling, with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) drawn from your own blood added. Platelets release growth factors that support the skin's natural healing, so adding them to the needling helps regenerate and strengthen the skin more than needling alone. Because it uses your own plasma, it is a very safe approach, and it works with any skin type. The same PRP treatment is also used on the scalp as part of hair restoration, where it supports thinning hair.
Who it suits
Suited to grey or lax skin, brown and red blotches, enlarged pores, fine lines and crinkling around the eyes, as well as acne, scarring and rosacea. Also used on the neck, jawline, chest, hands and scalp.

What to expect
A small sample of your blood is taken and spun in a centrifuge to separate the platelet-rich plasma. After the skin is cleansed, the PRP is applied into the skin alongside hyaluronic acid. Many people notice results within a few days.
