Staff Profiles

Dr Frances Pitsilis

Dr Frances Pitsilis has a background of over 27 years in General Medicine. Early in her career as a GP she developed an interest in stress and illness. After experiencing burn out herself she decided to use this interest, and combine it with her ability to solve complex problems. She extended her knowledge by studying Occupational Medicine.

She now sees patients privately, for stress, pain, fatigue, complex/difficult conditions including hormones and shift work problems.

Dr Pitsilis takes a holistic approach and uses evidence based, natural complementary therapies and lifestyle interventions where appropriate.

In addition to her integrated medicine work Dr Pitsilis has always had an interest in skin and has advanced minor surgical skills training. She loves using her hands, and has a good eye for facial aesthetics. To create balance in her work she decided to practice Appearance and Cosmetic Medicine.

She is now considered an ‘Advanced Facial Injector’. At Skinfresh Clinic Dr Pitsilis uses a medical grade laser and light machine and is assisted by her three laser/medical nurses.

Because of her special training in nutrition and hormones she understands how these areas influence health and skin appearance. She knows how to look after ‘the inside as well as the outside’ to get amazing results!

Frances likes to keep busy with her professional speaking, training and media work as she enjoys educating the public about Stress & Life Management and holistic health.
